Our mission is to make sure communities have a voice and clear information about conservation projects and new technologies — especially biotechnology — that may impact our environment and way of life.

Multiple recent federal rule changes have reduced public oversight, allowing certain projects, like experimental genetically engineered plants/Trees and wildlife releases, to move forward with little to no review or public comment. This creates serious risks for both Nature and our trust in government.
What We Do:
· Share plain-language updates on rule changes and funding decisions.
· Help residents engage with local boards and state officials.
· File and publish public records requests (FOIA).
· speaking at meetings or writing to oversight bodies and regulatory agencies.
· Try to raise awareness.
How to Get Involved:
· Subscribe for updates on meetings and public comment opportunities.
· Share documents or tips about public land projects.
· Volunteer to help with outreach and research.
