Our Response to USFWS Request for Comment
December 23, 2025

Please read our Public Response to US Fish and Wildlife Services "proposed rules". "Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants Interagency Cooperation Regulation"

I just had a great time exposing the behind-the-scene plan they have to use biotechnology in our public lands. I sure hope future use of biotech is transparent.  Enjoy the read, I know the feds will.

Why is Our response important?

If a "proposed rule" goes without anyones opinion, Then its up to the agencies discretion to form an opinion. A response to a "proposed rule" should force them to respond. However, A Recent bill to the house of representatives floor, HR1897 will change the Endangered Species Act to bypass our debating of these new regulations, Please read our article about the bill HR1897 .

The US Fish and Wildlife services posted my response with all the attachments (the only place to get all the attachments) on their portal where they ask the Questions... HERE,
